Effective date: October 7, 2026
SC Wake processes orders as soon as they are received, so they ship fast. Most orders can still be caught within 24 hours, but many go into production or ship the same day. If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us immediately.
1. OVERVIEW
This policy covers SC Wake and SC Mudz orders placed through the SC Wake dealer program, including:
- Drop ship orders: orders a dealer's customer places that SC Wake ships directly to that customer.
- Dealer stocking orders: orders a dealer places that SC Wake ships to the dealer.
SC Wake may update or change this policy. Changes will be communicated in writing at least 30 days before they take effect.
2. HOW TO CANCEL OR CHANGE AN ORDER
Contact SC Wake as soon as possible with your order number:
- Phone: (812) 637-0262, M-F 9-5 Eastern Time. Fastest option.
- Email: orders@scwake.com. This includes orders placed through Carro or with Shopify automatic checkout.
A request is not final until SC Wake confirms it in writing. Requests received outside business hours are handled the next business day, and the order may be fabricated or shipped before then. Changes include products, sizes, colors, quantities and shipping address.
If you bought from an authorized dealer, contact that dealer, who will send your request to SC Wake.
3. WHEN AN ORDER CAN BE CANCELED
Whether an order can be canceled or changed depends on where it is when SC Wake receives your request.

SC Wake determines an order's status from its own records. Custom or made-to-order items cannot be canceled once fabrication begins.
Exception: If SC Wake can't ship within the time stated in the Lead Time Policy, we'll send you a new estimated ship date. You can accept the new date or cancel for a full refund. Once you accept the new date, the order can't be canceled under this exception.
4. REFUNDS AND RETURNS
- Canceled orders: Refunded in full to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days of SC Wake's confirmation.
- Orders that can't be canceled: Once an order is fabricated or shipped, any return, exchange or refund falls under the SC Wake Return Policy, including its time limits, condition requirements and any restocking or shipping fees.
- Refused or undeliverable shipments: A refused shipment, or one returned because of an incorrect address, is treated as a return under the Return Policy. Original and return shipping costs are not refunded.
